What is the Application Package process?

The process begins with an initial Advice session. This is so your lawyer can talk through your specific circumstances in detail, which will allow them to advise you on which is the best application, with the highest chance of success, for you to make. This can take place either in person, over the telephone or via video call. Following on from the Advice Session, if you are happy with the advice you have been given, your lawyer will then request paperwork, evidence and documentation from you so that they can begin to work on your application right away. They will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your application and will notify you when it is ready to submit to the Home Office. Once submitted, we will liaise with the Home Office until a decision has been made – after which, we will notify you of the outcome.
How soon will you begin working on my application?

This depends entirely on you – we will begin working on your application as soon as your lawyer has received the documentation that is required.
If there is any documentation/evidence missing, we will notify you straight away. If you are struggling to get hold of certain documents, we will advise you on the best way to obtain these.
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?

There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The fee you have been quoted for your application is all that you will pay.
During the initial Advice Session, your lawyer will advise you of the application fee, as well as any Home Office/government fees that may need to be paid. All of our fees are transparent and clear from the start.
